I've pretty much had a week off this week (it's never truly time off when you run your own business!) but I feel fully refreshed and excited for winter now! ⁠

I've got to finish my faffing with the new studio and put together my big table because it's wreath making time! There are a few slots left for my in-person workshops (please come and see me! I've missed these so much...) ⁠

We took inspiration from the colourful birds that adorn the ceiling of the Canary Shed for this colour palette. We've got pinks, oranges, whites, reds and a hint of lilac which was by far my favourite colour this year (it looks terrible on me but it hasn't stopped me buying a few wardrobe additions...)⁠

I think the best designs are ones that really think about the venue, that really reflect the style, location, colours and seasons. This design would look out of place in a beautiful country house but a design perfect for there would look a little strange in this modern barn. That's why I think the venue is so intrinsic to everything you choose afterwards. ⁠
